Meng the Fortune Teller

Projected appearance of Meng, from Avatar: The Last Airbender, when she grows up. Her costume is more elaborate and bright than her predecessor, Aunt Wu, but she still has that snub nose and the gap between her teeth, although it's somewhat smaller. (I had one of those without having lost teeth. It's hard to explain.) Also, her hair still defies gravity, but now it is coaxed into a more refined style.

Why is she in a Fire Nation palace? Hmmm . . . there's a story to be had here, other than I doodle a background in about five minutes.
